Step 01

Assessment & Discovery

Prior to the start of coaching, each coachee completes the DISC assessment. The results help the coach understand the individual's communication style, behavioral preferences, and natural tendencies. The coach and coachee review the leadership style they most emulate, along with the advantages and challenges of that style, especially as it relates to their confidence, communication, and leadership effectiveness.

Step 02

Coaching Kickoff Meeting

An introductory meeting is held to establish rapport, align on objectives, and set expectations for the coaching relationship. This is where we ensure both coach and coachee are positioned for success.

Step 03

Regular Coaching Sessions

Each individual establishes a regular cadence to meet with their coach—typically meeting via Zoom twice a month for one hour. During these sessions, we work through current challenges, develop new capabilities, and determine the process for "homework" assignments that drive real-world application between sessions.

Step 04

Ongoing Support

Our coaches are here to help! Individuals have the ability to contact their coach between scheduled sessions if urgent issues arise that need immediate attention or problem-solving support.

Step 05

Progress Review

At the conclusion of the first six months of coaching, the coach conducts a comprehensive review with each individual and relevant stakeholders (such as the CEO or HR leader) to evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching and make adjustments if necessary. If the executive and organization find the coaching helpful, engagements typically continue on a quarterly-by-quarter basis, with session frequency adjusted based on evolving needs.
