Below, please enter your first name, your last name, and your email address. Ensure that your email address is valid and accessible as important updates and instructions will be sent to it. You will then need to create a unique username and password that all directors at your credit union will use to log into the series portal.

Additionally we need some information about your credit union. Please provide your credit union name, city, state, and the name and email address of the individual that the invoice should be sent to.  Once you have completed the form, click on the “Submit” button below. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email containing further details about accessing the video series. After submission, you will also be automatically redirected to the directors series homepage. Get ready to take your board to the PEAK!
