Yvonne brings over 25 years of expertise working with a diverse array of organizations, initially starting in human resource consulting and now specializing in succession planning, executive coaching, and board governance training and facilitation. Yvonne holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin, underscoring her academic foundation in understanding organizational dynamics and human resource management strategies.
Passionate about ensuring organizations are prepared for the future, Yvonne has guided many organizations through effective board and management succession planning strategies. This dedication led to the development of SUCCESSIONapp®, an innovative online solution designed to streamline and enhance succession planning processes. As an executive coach, Yvonne has coached numerous C-level executives in medium to large organizations, imparting invaluable insights into the essential skills required for organizational success.
With a robust background in board leadership, Yvonne served on the board of a large credit union for 20 years, including a tenure as Chair for four years and a pivotal role on the executive committee for 12 years. This experience provided firsthand knowledge of governance challenges and effective leadership practices within complex organizational structures.
As a Coach, Sharon motivates top-level management to build stronger teams to improve results. She is an expert in leadership development, team building, and management effectiveness.
Sharon partners with her clients to assess the most strategic, results-oriented action plans needed to work through challenging personal and professional issues. Clients appreciate her direct approach, objectivity, and mentoring style.
Sharon is licensed to facilitate the Everything DiSC Library of assessments, including the 363 for Leaders, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team based on the work of Patrick Lencioni and using the complete suite of the PXT Pre Selection Hiring assessments. Sharon also works with leaders at all levels in the organization through her comprehensive training programs. She uses this expertise to assist SUCCESSIONapp® clients to bring objectivity to the succession planning process.
Ryan is a digital marketing and video production specialist based in Denver, Colorado. He joined the SUCCESSIONapp® team after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Communication Arts and Digital Media Studies. With a creative eye and strategic mindset, he works to leverage digital platforms to drive impactful marketing campaigns, as well as conceptualize and create compelling video content that resonates with audiences.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys hiking, watching movies, going to concerts, and getting lost in a good book!
Liz is an HR Consultant with experience across several industries. After completing her MBA at Cornell University, Liz worked as an HR leader in the management consulting, commodities trading, and legal services industries. She now supports clients as a fractional HR leader, where she assists with everything from compliance audits to strategic HR initiatives.
She lives in Denver, CO with her husband and dog. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and taking on home improvement projects.
Shari Goodwin is a certified Executive Leadership Coach, business strategist, author, TEDx speaker, and horsewoman with over 25 years of experience, including starting four businesses and serving as Director of Program Strategy for a global engineering firm. One of the start-ups, an IT staffing and consulting firm, generated $2.1 million in its first year. As a former environmental scientist, she led the creation of winning proposals valued to $65 million and directed the development of science and engineering analyses for federal court litigation, including the US Supreme Court.
An executive leadership coach for 15 years, Shari helps leaders and teams position for optimum impact and quality of life. She is the author of two inspirational Amazon best-sellers, Take the Reins! 7 Secrets to Inspired Leadership, and Reinventing Greatness: Leading Yourself & Others Through Change with Confidence & Trust, and holds a Master’s degree in biology with undergraduate degrees in Zoology and English. Her equine-assisted leadership programs have served hundreds including the Federal Executive Institute, the World Bank, and many leadership teams. Shari was a founding member of the Board for George Mason University’s Women in Business Initiative, was the 2020 Board Chair of the Women’s Business Council for the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
